Course
Overview
Designed in 1989 by Michel Gayon, the 18 hole par 72 Golf de
Casteljaloux has a length of 5912 meters. Partially laid out in a pine forest
the course is extremely well designed and sits on a beautiful site with great
views of the lake and chateaux. Alongside is a 18 bay driving range and practice
area consisting of a large putting green and 3 pitching and chipping holes.
A Course For All
Seasons
The golf course lies at the edge of the landaise, forest
and has the advantage of being sand based. As a
result it is one of the few courses in the region which is playable the whole
year.

Hole1
Beautiful
Location
The views as you play your round are quite breathtaking
with the eight, a long and very tricky par-5 of 533 meters winding its way
through the dunes with magnificent views of the lake and chateau. Playing
Casteljaloux is a unique and memorable experience.

Hole2
True Test Of
Golf
The success of the course owes much to an instinctive eye
of Michel Gayon for the best use of the land being developed, the imagination to
realise its potential and the expertise to transform it into a beautiful and
memorable golfing venue.

Hole4
Golfers will probably hit every club in their bag as they
make their way through the doglegs and elevation changes. With three different
teeing areas on each hole, shaped fairways, cleverly placed bunkers and large
raised greens, the course is a true test for all levels of golfer.
